1. Introduction
Welcome to Nova Travel. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Our Services
Nova Travel provides a range of travel-related services, including but not limited to:
- Travel insurance arrangements
- Visa assistance and application support
- Travel bookings (flights, accommodation, etc., where applicable)
- Travel consultation and advisory services
All services are provided on a best-effort basis in cooperation with third-party providers.
3. Role as an Intermediary (Third-Party Services)
Nova Travel acts as an independent intermediary. We facilitate access to services provided by third-party providers, including insurance companies and travel partners.
We do not underwrite insurance policies, nor do we control decisions made by embassies, consulates, or insurance providers. All such decisions and outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the respective third parties.
4. Service Fees (Non-Refundable)
All service fees charged by Nova Travel, including but not limited to visa assistance, consultation, and travel-related services, are strictly non-refundable once the service process has commenced.
5. Visa Assistance Disclaimer
Nova Travel provides guidance and support for visa applications. However:
- We do not guarantee visa approval
- Final decisions are made solely by embassies or consulates
- Clients remain fully responsible for their applications and submitted documents
Travel Insurance Terms
6. Insurance Coverage
Travel insurance policies arranged through Nova Travel provide coverage of:
$50,000 (equivalent to over €43,000)
This coverage meets and exceeds the minimum requirements for Schengen visas (€30,000) and is generally accepted by embassies and consulates. However, acceptance remains at the sole discretion of the relevant authorities.
7. Policy Issuance Time
Travel insurance policies are typically issued within 1–6 hours from the time of payment.
However, depending on processing requirements, issuance may take up to 24 hours.
Delays may occur if the client provides incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent information, or due to third-party processing factors beyond our control.
8. Client Responsibility (Important)
Clients are fully responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate, complete, and matches official documents (such as passports), including but not limited to:
- Full name (exactly as per passport)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Passport number
- Full residential address
- Date of birth
- Travel dates and destination
Nova Travel shall not be held responsible for any issues, delays, or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
9. Policy Review Requirement
Clients must review their insurance policy upon receipt and notify us immediately of any errors. Failure to report issues promptly may result in additional amendment fees.
10. Currency and Format
Insurance policies may be issued in US Dollars (USD) as per system and provider standards. Coverage remains valid and compliant with visa requirements regardless of currency.
11. Non-Refundable Policy (Insurance)
All issued travel insurance policies are strictly non-refundable once generated.
Refunds are not provided under any standard circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Visa refusal
- Change or cancellation of travel plans
- Personal reasons
Any exceptions are subject solely to the terms and discretion of the insurance provider.
12. Amendments and Changes
Amendments to issued policies (such as travel dates or personal details) may be possible depending on the provider and may incur additional fees.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova Travel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:
- Visa refusals or delays
- Insurance claim outcomes
- Errors or delays caused by third-party providers
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
14. Acceptability Disclaimer
While we aim to provide services that meet visa requirements, we do not guarantee acceptance of any insurance policy or document by embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities.
15. Use of Services
You agree not to misuse our services or use them for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
16. Communication
We aim to respond to all inquiries promptly. However, response times may vary depending on workload and operational conditions.
17. Changes to Terms
Nova Travel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
18. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
